The problemagic^TM collaborative problem management tool delivers a step change in how beer producers deal with production problems. It allows breweries and brewery groups to:

Log production and packaging incidents as they happen
Categorize them into 300 problem types
Manage all documentation relating to corrective and preventative actions
Track the success of what has been done to address each particular problem

The system uses the powerful IS88 standard to locate specific items of brewery equipment that have given rise to problems. A powerful analysis facility generates Pareto charts and Run charts with 'drill down' functionality. An extensive knowledgebase provides detailed information on more than 300 beer production and packaging problems. Providing a totally browser-based solution with no software installed on users' PCs, the problemagic^TMcollaborative problem management tool allows breweries to realize potentially huge cost savings from a reduction the incidence of process problems.
